"Kimono Princess" is a deep analysis on Japanese feminine identity through seven interviews of women from various backgrounds to better understand what "being a Japanese woman" means to each of them, and the culture/history/stereotypes/gender norms that influence them. Each chapter is accompanied by demonstrations of seven traditional kimono.
